words of institution for
the Lord's Supper are spoken
and a sung response follows (key of Em).

Spoken: On the night of his betrayal,
Jesus took a loaf of bread, and after
blessing it, broke it and gave it to
the disciples saying,
"Take, eat. This is my body."

Spoken: Then Jesus took a cup,
and after giving thanks, gave it to the
disciples say, "Drink from it,
all of you. This is my blood which is
poured out for you for the
forgiveness of sins."
