your order and figure the total cost of music, shipping
charges, Minnesota sales tax (only applies to Minnesota
customers* who are not tax exempt), and currency conversion charges. |

Minnesota Tax Exempt customers must provide an ST3 form
, otherwise 6.5% sales tax must be added to your order.
This form may be printed off my web site, sent via the post office, or FAXed; contact

You will receive
an e-mail confirming your order and stating the total
cost. If you don't hear from
me within 2 business days, I probably didn't receive your
e-mail. . . please try again. Also, you may need to
temporarily disable SPAM filters (for junk e-mail)
to receive e-mail from me and Paypal. Please check the deleted messages
folder to see if any messages were automatically deleted. Paypal and I do not send
SPAM, but our addresses sometimes incorrectly appear on
lists of known spammers. |

WAIT until you
receive a corresponding e-mail requesting payment of the
total amount (this message will appear
to be from "cathy@cathysmusic.com" but it
actually is generated by PayPal). Follow the
link in that e-mail and you'll be led through PayPal's
step-by-step process to pay by credit card. For more

5)

After you've
sent your credit card information to PayPal, I'll e-mail
confirmation of your order and a shipping date -
approximately 2 business days.

My privacy
policy includes the following principles. Contact me if you

the personal information necessary to
process your order. Except for item b) below, I will not
give, loan, or sell customer information to anyone. |

The only
information used outside of Cathy's
Music is your e-mail address,
which PayPal requires if you place an on-line order. When
I initiate the payment process, PayPal will contact you
via e-mail and ask you to provide additional information
necessary to process your payment. PayPal's privacy
policy can be found on the Paypal web site. |
c)

All customers
are automatically placed on my mailing list
and I occasionally send e-mail or postal announcements of
new resources, 1-3 times per year. Contact me if you
do not want to be on my mailing list. |
d)

I make telephone
contact only to answer questions, clarify
orders, or to address related issues. I do not tele-market
and will not give your telephone number to anyone. |
e)

Please do not
send me your credit card information. It
is not needed to process your order.

Process |
Existing PayPal Accounts
If you have previously used PayPal with the e-mail
address that you provide to me, the payment process is
very simple. Follow the step-by-step instructions. Don't
worry about the "shipping information" in
PayPal, because I'll use the address you e-mailed with
your order. Select "No shipping address required"
and make the payment.
New PayPal Accounts
If you haven't used PayPal before, you'll have to create
a password-protected new account. Follow the step-by-step
instructions. (When complete, PayPal
will send an e-mail with a link that you must follow to
activate your account, but this is for future use - your
payment will be processed during your first visit to the
PayPal web site.)
Next, you'll be presented with a payment
confirmation display. Don't worry about the "shipping
information" in PayPal, because I'll use the address
you e-mailed with your order. Select "No shipping
address required", and if all other information is
correct click "Pay". You will receive a "You
Made a Payment" display from PayPal. Then click
"Continue" and you can exit the PayPal website.
After activating your account by following the
instructions in the respective e-mail from PayPal, your
"Account Overview" will show 3 entries for this
transaction (Bill From Cathy's Music,
Transfer From Credit Card, Payment To Cathy's Music).
Additionally, you and I will receive a "Receipt
for your payment" e-mail from PayPal. Then I'll e-mail
to tell you when your order will be shipped.
